Bay Eye Care was the first practice in Tauranga that invested in an Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) device for treating dry eye in 2017. Since then many patient’s have been safely treated to improve their dry eye disease. This machine directs sequenced light pulses to stimulate the oil glands in the eyelids and help them regain more normal function.
